The Mighty Mule MM-SL2000B Heavy-Duty Single Slide Electric Gate Opener is ideal for heavy duty commercial or residential single slide gates. This dynamic operator is designed for gates weighing up to 1000 lbs. and up to 30 ft. in length that allow for a 20 ft. opening. For dual panel applications with this opener, the Mighty Mule Dual Slide Operator (MM-SL2200B) is required. Included with the gate opener is a standard safety feature: an internal friction brake lock that locks the gate in the closed position for added safety and security. This electric gate opener also comes with an adjustable obstruction sensor, gate sequencing, and auto close settings. The Mighty Mule single slide gate opener can be programmed for left to right or right to left opening.

Q: When the secondary motor is hooked up, I turn the box on, I press the fob button. The secondary motor turns 1 revolution 1 way, then it goes back 1 revolution. It will no longer move at all. I shut it off. I can repeat. but no fully open/closed action :/

- A: Jay - Its sounds like the 2nd Operator is hitting resistance or thinks its hitting resistance. If the opening is not smooth it will stop or back-up. This is a safety procedure. You can increase the stall force pressure to push past a small impediment if there is one, (see page 22 of the Manual). I think the Tech Line might need to get involved if that does not solve it. Q: can the sl2000b (2nd operator system) be run from the master board without the master motor system being hooked up.

- A: Jay - If I am understanding you correctly, you have a primary operator (SL2000) and a secondary operator (SL2200) but only want the secondary side to open. Both are hooked up to the same control, board so the primary side does not need to be hooked up to operate the secondary. You should be good.a year agoHelpful?

- A: Todd - I do not recall seeing the first question but I am assuming someone must have thought it was asking about cell phone compatibility, which it does not have. However, a phone entry system could be wired into the Control Board on the Accessories Block. It could be used like buzzing someone in or giving them a code for entry. Depending on your particular phone system our Tech Support can help you with this for terminal block landing guidance. They can be reached at 1-800-543-1236 M-F 8am-7pm and Sat 10am-6pm EST. - A: Brian - Sorry for delay on this answer. We use our own proprietary switch. We do not use a physical, mechanical stop or magnets for detection for our limit switch. As I said we use our own technology which is rev counter board and/or optical eye.2 years agoHelpful?

You could install a Mighty Mule Digital keypad, a Mighty Mule intercom system, a Mighty Mule push button control. A Mighty Mule Digital Keypad is what the majority of customers would use to let guest into your property. Mighty Mule entry/exit remotes can be programmed to vehicles garage door opener buttons, please refer to your vehicles owner manual for these programing instructions. Installed a 30 foot gate at our greenhouse facility. 20 foot opening. Was a simple install, works well and only had one problem with the transformer coming unplugged due to its weight on the outlet. other than that it was very simple. Been working 20-30 times a day for the past 2 years.
