UPDATE on my review - we called tech support and since my hubby didn't know which email I used to make the order, the technician hung up the phone - NO HELP from tech support. Apparently our opener is defective and Tractor Supply told us to return it to our local store. DO NOT RECOMMEND MIGHTY MULE PRODUCTS.
This is my 4th gate opener that I have installed and this one along with the prior are difficult to install. My direct wired button does not work. The single button remote will not program. You cannot use the solar panel along with the wall wort charger - must be either or on battery charging not both. There is no range on the garage door remote that come with this opener. Impossible to program the key pad. Overprice for the product quality. I do not recommend this overpriced product.

Product was lacking needed installation hardware. System has lost its programing and has to be reset occasionally. Battery is insufficient for system. The system is usable but not dependable.
No, I do not recommend this product.
