This kit comes with an MM572W Heavy Duty Dual Swing Gate Opener that is designed for gates up to 18 ft. long or 850 lbs., per gate leaf. It's the ideal heavy duty single gate opener combo kit for all types of gates, including: tube, chain link, panel, vinyl, wood, and ornamental. In addition to the gate opener this gate opener kit also includes: an entry/exit remote, a digital keypad, a digital keypad mounting post, a wireless connectivity system, and a wireless gate opening sensor.

  • This heavy duty smart ready gate opener kit can control and monitor your gate from anywhere, on any smart device. Utilizing the included wireless connectivity system and the free Mighty Mule app.
  • The installation of the included wireless connectivity system (MMS100) must be within a 1/2 mile from a Wi-Fi router
  • The Wireless Connectivity System is compatible with Apple (IOS) and Google (Android) smart devices
  • The free Mighty Mule App is available for free download at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • The Wireless Connectivity System allows you to check gate status. Is my gate opened or closed
  • Manage multiple Mighty Mule Smart Devices and/or multiple locations using the Mighty Mule app
  • Invite up to 10 members to have full gate access within the Mighty Mule app.

Nothing has worked out if the box. It’s easy to install, but I had to call customer service to get them to fix the controller. The customer service rep was very helpful, but it took him a while to get it to work. The instructions seem to be for an older unit and not up to date. The instructions for the wireless exit sensor are not correct and will not work if you follow them. Still not able to get the MMS100 wireless system to connect to the internet. However, I should say that once getting through the initial set up the gate opener has worked perfectly. It’s just not a “plug and play” system and may take you a couple of calls to their tech support.

Parts junk out of the box. Might mule tech support difficult to work with and warranty claim process is a bit insane. Find another brand.

It could be something minor, if not this is under Warranty for sure and we will replace whatever is needed. Can you call Mighty Mule Tech Service they have a TechSee feature that they can see what you are seeing in real time and work this out for you. Please call1-800-543-1236 M-F 8am-7pm and Sat 10am-6pm EST.
