The safe is amazing. The problem I had was the handles. When I got home and opened the safe, there was only one handle in the envelope. I called the store but the manager was not there. I called the next day and spoke with him and he was going to see if he could get replacement handles. I have not heard back since that day. This was about 3 months ago.

My experience with TSC and its retail staff was excellent, but my experience with the shipper XPO was terrible. I strongly suggest TSC use a different shipping company to deliver its products.

Perfect safe for what I needed

I’m very happy with my purchase. Do your research and understand what you are paying for. Of course it doesn’t fit 26 guns. No safe meets the number they list in the real world. The keypad is easy to program and use after following the manual. Shelves can be adjusted many ways. There is a hole in the top shelf on one side for a few shotguns to fit through. The back up keys are a great addition. The door’s gun pockets are tight and won’t fit ones with weapon lights installed but the zippered pockets feel sturdy and are great for added organization. Delivery took less than a week. The delivery company called the day before with the 4 hour window that it would be delivered in. I never got the 30 minute heads up they said I would be given but the driver was very respectful and helpful. The details say the safe will only be delivered to your driveway so don’t expect it to be carried into your home and installed for you. My driver was kind enough to roll it into my garage but as it states that’s not their responsibility so don’t expect it. My safe arrived in perfect condition. With the sale, tax and delivery fee I paid just over $700 which is great price for an entry level safe. It’s heavy but not hard for 2 men with a dolly to move around. Read the details and specifications and remember that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a $10k custom safe.
