I have been buying this product from Tractor Supply for 6+ years now. Originally I was very happy w/ cost, quality, and quantity of black sonflower seeds.
But most recently, there has been more sticks.stalks, and misc. debris packaged in the bag w/ the seeds. I bought a new bag yesterday, from T. Supply, sealed from the factory. THE WHOLE BAG IS LITTERED W/ DEBRIS.
I am VERY unhappy w/ product.
WILL NOT BUY IT AGAIN.

Bad seeds

I have been buying black oil seed there for 20+ years. The past few years the quality has gotten worse, more wood chips & debris.
Most recently the 40 lb bag was contaminated with holes in the seeds, there was also a smell. I couldn’t return it because I had emptied it in a huge container.
Not buying there anymore

This is not the 1st problem. This is the first order after another problem. I ordered 1 bag of sunflower seeds for pick up. ORDER CONFIRMED same day PU. Get there & they don't have it. I gave the order number and they tell me that it's scheduled for pick up sunday , march 15th. Stop Monday 16th & they have no record of the order. They took money out of my account for it. Just like last month when they charged me twice! Now I have no product & the money is already paid. Leaving me short on money and my product that I paid for AGAIN. I\nAm so fed up with this system that I will be shopping at runnings from now on. You are losing a nine year customer. I simply want what I paid for, not to be double charged & customer service workers who know what they are doing. FTR the product is great when I can actually pick it up after paying for it!
