I just love it!

This 24 inches Snow Joe IONMAX is just great for my use. I have a 35 feet long by 30 inches large alley and this machine is just perfect. After 4 removals, the batteries are stil at 2 lights out of 3. It does the job properly without having to push too hard. I will for sure buy the Joe lawn mower for next summer as I love your products. Believe me, I live in Quebec, Canada and we know a lot about snow, this machine is perfect for me. One last thing, I'm just a customer, I didn't get paid to put this review, just an enthousiast customer.

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY

Gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.This was a huge waste of money. I bought for husband with bad shoulders for easy start. The start was the only thing that worked. If there is anything more than an inch of dry fluffy snow it does not work. Keeps stopping while trying to clear a little snow. Does not get down to the side walk either. I did a better job clearing snow with a broken shovel than the snow Joe did. I would not recommend this at all.

A must DON"T buy

I've had this blower for about 5 years. Last year, no snow in the Chicago, didn't use it. Its always been a frustrating machine, and was considering a smaller gas blower before the first snow this year. First snow this year, about 8 inches, first plow was at about 4", and 27 degress, a bit wet but not bad, the blower blew it about 2 feet, but still clogged multiple times. Later and this morning, about 30 degrees, about 2" both times, blow it about 1 foot, kept clogging. Went through 2 sets of battteries. Guy across the street, gas 2-stager, blowing the same snow aboujt 15 feet. I'm really disappointed I bought this machine, only works in light floffy snow.

Wokes well, yet battery life is not sufficient

Just purchased this Snow Joe Snow blower and it works well when fully charged. However, the batteries only last 15 minutes vs. the 30 minutes as advertised. I used it with only 3 inches of snow (not heavy) and only got through 1/2 of my driveway. I now have to wait an extra 2 hours for the batteries to be charged to complete the job. Pleased with the performance, but not pleased with the battery that Snow Joe raves about. Would not recommend because of the insufficient battery life.
