It’s kind of ridiculous that I’m receiving an email yo review the item that I had purchased but to this day I haven’t received the product! I have not received a phone call on what is going on. All that I know is that it was sent back to Winchester, VA. I live two miles in from the main road which means it is a gravel road and a semi truck can’t drive on those roads. I’ve expected for them to come with a smaller truck but so far I haven’t heard anything from Tractor Supply Company. Both UPS & FEDEX deliver to my house. This has been very disappointing to say the least!

Safe arrived yesterday. Delivery took about 4 days. They called to schedule an appt and were right on time. Brought it in my garage so I could easily unbox it and remove the feet. It is heavy, but with a good hand truck and help, it's not bad. My wife and I did it by ourselves. It's true, there is no way you're getting 20 long guns in there. Maybe if you removed all of the shelving. A few items that I do want to address from other reviews I've seen. I have had no issue at all shutting the door with hand guns in the door pockets. Maybe that is from older models? Also, there is a small opening on the bottom, back with a plastic cover. It's not large enough to get a full size power cord through, but you can get a DC cord through it. I'm adding interior lights today with it. No issues with the electronic lock, but I did just get it so only time will tell. Last thing - it stinks! Whatever they used at the factory to construct it has a very strong odor. I left it my in the garage with the door open for a few hours to air out.

Very nice gun safe, as most safes you need to take the number of long guns it holds and divide by two if you have scoped rifles or AR's but that is the same with all safes. The construction is good, door and lock are good, and I like the size. I purchased one a year ago and just purchased a second one. Only issue with the second one was the interior right side panel was bowed in so I could not get the shelf installed. But a few wacks with a rubber hammer solved that as nothing was broken or bad. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat. Guys at Tractor Supply great too and helped load it.

I like the safe and I think it is a good buy for the price. It is obviously not a high end safe so don't expect that. I had to return the first safe I ordered due to a pretty bad dent on the back of the safe. The return process was a bit cumbersome but Tractor Supply does stand behind their products. The second safe was in much better condition but it did have a slight ding in the front top seam which I repaired with j b weld and touch up paint from the manufacturer. Tractor Supply authorized a discount for my trouble with the initial delivery and for the damage to the 2nd safe. I would highly recommend framing the safe in wood vice just cardboard for deliveries.
