I love this safe. Obviously, it isnt a top tier $2k safe, buts its great for what i need. TSC was Very helpful to load it. It wil not hold 36 long guns unless you purchase storage accessories, which is totally fine. The door does rattle, but a small cabinet spacer solves it. Overall, for $500, this is unbeatable. Tons of room and the door storage is excellent!

Nope. Never another Winchester safe.

I bought this model about 7 years ago, and have had a great experience with it. So, we bought another, thinking that it would be of the same quality as our older one, but the new safe is over 100 lbs lighter, cheaply constructed, and manufactured in China, instead of Ft. Worth, like the old one. I will not be purchasing another Winchester safe.

Product was Just as expected. 36 long guns would fit but not much anything else and not if they have scopes on them. Paid all the money for shipping. What they don’t tell you is that shipping are not allowed to bring into your home. It is porch drop off only. Was very disappointed with this aspect.

Poor delivery communication

My fiancé bought this safe for me and use my email address and phone number for delivery and communication I saw from the tracking that the safe was in Pennsylvania which first of all I don’t know why they shipped that way since there was a tractor supply with the safe that I want about a mile away from my address however, the delivery date kept adjusting so I called tractor supply to see if I could get an estimated time of delivery, but they said they couldn’t talk to me because my fiancé had ordered the gun safe. I told them I wasn’t looking for any personal information. I just wanted somebody to contact me to let me know when it was gonna be delivered the safe satin Pennsylvania for about a week until somebody finally contacted me the day before I was going to call them and tell them to cancel the order. The delivery company told me that they were only going to drop the safe from the back of the truck on the street and that they couldn’t bring it into the house now granted the safe is 500 pounds. They did deliver the safe at the time appointed there was one guy delivering the safe he did have a pallet jack which allowed him to drop it in my garage, but then I had to bring it into the house this experience was not what I was expecting for paying almost $200 for delivery.
