Good once

It was a beautiful piece of equipment the one day I got to use it. Second time I tried the starter cord wouldn’t recoil. Had to return it and order another online because nobody could tell me when I’d get a replacement in the store. Details about that under the 3500 psi model

Needs a better hose

Over all great machine. Good power, easy to start. Only 1 major set back. The hose. The hose is so stiff it makes it a real chore trying to use. Take my advice and swap the hose to a more flexible one.

I was very pleased with the Simpson. Fired right up and ran like a champ. It did an amazing job. The Tractor Supply people were very helpful.
