This is GREAT product any recommend it, very strong, very durable and does everything it's suppose to do and more. I'm so happy with these carts I purchased a 3rd one. 1 for home and 2 at my company. As for their customer service for any issues, they are#1 in my book. Called for a minor issue, I spoke with Shawn at Tricam/Groundwork customer service he was highly professional and helpful.

Solid wagon. Even can hook the handle over my trucks trailer ball to carry large trash cans to the curb on our acreage. Nice solid, easily removable sides.

Prepping for cold weather and bought this to haul

I bought it assembled and after 3 uses, two of the wheels fell off. Whoever assembled it left off the pins to hold the wheels on, so have to buy replacements.
