No support and don’t stand by their product

Would like to review but it only came with one of the three bolts required to hold the recoil cover in place so you can start it. Called the NO support hotline at Simpson. They stated they don’t provide those which is a ridiculous statement as a required component needed to use my $300 purchase. Later she stated that she can’t send them because they would have to send the whole recoil assembly as if that is my problem that they failed to put them on. In the end she gave me some options, I can take it back a part and fit it back in the box and return it, call Tractor Supply to see if they will do anything about it, take the one screw out and go to the hardware store and see if they can match it up, or take it to a repair shop and I can pay to have it repaired. This is not a company that rectifies their mistake or even own it and their customer support is rude and simply doesn’t care. Lose a customer over a couple dollars worth of bolts? Which I would just buy if I could find them.

Junk for me

Just opened it up and followed all directions adding oil etc. Started once and it had a sputtering idle and then died. cannot restart. Got it going again and same problem.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Buy warranty and use only ethanol free gas!

Only use ethanol free gas!! Otherwise will gum up carb after few uses and stop working! Also buy warranty because tractor supply said nothing they can do with out one.
