Better way

My water softener dealer told me to use plain old rock salt instead of the white puffed up cubes because they are full of fillers that little to nothing to soften the water. Rock salt is a much more effiecient and economical way to do the job. SnowJoe does an excellent job.

Poor Ship to Store Experience

The product works great. The problem was with the ordering process. I ordered the item online, because our local TS store had no more in stock. The first order was seriously delayed, as in no change in the tracking info for approximately 2 weeks! The order never went past creating a ticket. I had to call Customer Service, who canceled the first order and did a re-order, which arrived in a timely manner. Not sure what happened, but it was my first (and probably last) experience with doing a Ship to Store with Tractor Supply.
