Poor delivery process

Update- Received product 8 days after I paid for next day delivery. Opened box and the container is busted-ice melt everywhere. Horrible experience with delivery and as I read through some reviews now, I realize I’m not the only one who received the same poor service. Could be a great product, but I wouldn’t know. Ordered and paid for next delivery and received tracking information the day it was it was scheduled to be delivered stating it will be delivered 5 days after the expected delivery date; of course no refund on the next day delivery I paid eithe
