    Bought a used TSC trailer at auction and someone had welded on a 1 3/4" ball. This was the right size replacement for the 2" square stock tongue. I had to redrill the back hole to get the holes to line up but it went well. This trailer moves 3 miles 2 or 3x a year with a water tote on it so this coupler will not get hard use.

    Once I removed the old coupler and used a side grinder to smooth the tongue, the Traveler Farm & Ranch coupler was easy to install. The fit was good making it easy to weld onto the tongue.

    Works fine if you are on flat ground. The slightest angle and you are screwed. I mean, you MUST be on very level ground or it will not settle down on the ball. No joke. Do not buy, too much aggravation. Better to get one that is not this precise, over engineered.
