Love the trailer. so far would totally consider purchasing a Carry-On trailer again... But NOT from Tractor Supply! We purchased the trailer 90 days ago. At that time we also paid Tractor Supply for the vehicle registration, & filled out all the appropriate paperwork; and received a temporary plate. Unfortunately that temporary plate has now expired and as such we cannot legally tow the trailer, turning it into a very expensive paperweight. Additionally when checking with the DMV, they do not have any record of the transaction having occurred, nor registration paperwork being submitted. We called the store that we purchased the trailer from and were told we should just drive the trailer anyways; which is obviously concerning as it would both be illegal & potentially cause issues with the insurance company if there should be an incident. The store told us to wait a couple of more weeks and to call back if we have still not received the plates. No other offer of assistance was made, no offer to get us a TPO that would at least allow us to continue to use the trailer. As a follow up we also reached out to Tractor Supply Corporate both via phone & email. No one answered the phone & 5 business days later we have not received a response to the email. This is a lot of money to spend for something that we cannot use. Heck it is just a lot of money to spend. At this point we have filed a complaint with the investigations division at the DMV, as we really don't feel like we have any other options. Sad thing is I loved the idea of getting the trailer from Tractor Supply , I thought Tractor Supply was my kind of store... But with this kind of service, almost feeling like there is kind of fraud going on... I don't know that I am ever going back. Usually I'm one to leave positive reviews , but this is just too much... and I really don't want anyone else to be put in this position.

Great trailer, bought it online before actually seeing it in person. Upon going to pick it up we noticed one of the tail lights were busted and hanging off by the wiring. We pointed it out and they were very helpful in acquiring a new one. That’s my only complaint as the trailer is well built and works great for towing out side by side.

Exactly what I was looking for. And Tom Downing the store manager was very helpful in making my purchase happen. I greatly appreciate his knowledge of how Tractor Supply works and wildness to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Tom
