Garbage

Used one time on my camper, one week after I bought this. 4 days later it was time to leave the campground and the lock would not release. I turned it over and over. Sprayed lubricant into it. The locking mechanism would not release. After an hour playing with it, I got a hammer and tapped the right side over the lock to jar it loose. The key assembly completely fell out!!! I tapped it! Complete piece of garbage. I'm so completely done with TS. It's as bad as temu!

Worked great the first 2 times I used it. Then the third time cheap key snap off in the lock. Thought I was buying a superior product with a name like REESE. I found out I was wrong. I will be returning this back to the store!
