Overall great little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my machine for 3 years, I use the cutting deck, a 36” scoop, and a 42” blower with winch.
For all tasks this machine has more than enough power with the 24hp motor. The locking rear differential is great for the scoop and blower, have only managed to get stuck once.
My one big complaint is with the wiring harness for the blower and winch setup. This motor gives off a lot of heat which exhausts onto the winch. This can make the winch itself REALLY hot, the heat hasn’t damaged the winch yet, but attached to the winch is the wiring harness, which lasted 3 snow blows. I am currently redoing the wiring with more heatproof insulation for the 4th time in 3 years.
Without this issue I would rate it 5 stars all day, this issue though really bugs me and a 3.5 is more honest.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Shipping company destroyed my mower

I don't have it cause shipping delivery company destroyed it because they didn't tie down the load and another mower or a piece of freight fell on my mower and destroyed it I am not very happy right now and I still don't have confirmation of a reorder to get me another one I told both shipping company and tractor supply to get me another one in a timely manner and yet I have no confirmation of a reorder matter of fact not much messaging from them tomorrow is Monday we'll see what's going on because I am not happy at all I really feel as though they should upgrade to the bigger mower because they're screw UPS and apparently the delivery shipping company does this crap all the time someone needs fired I would give zero Stars if it would let me tractor supply has not handled this to my satisfaction.

Not worth the extra money over the standard 48 in

Tractor is strong and cuts anything needed. Drive speeds are slow, much slower than my old YTH2348, especially in reverse!! Disappointing as I was hoping to improve my mowing time with the larger, stronger machine. Went the wrong direction. Maybe should have bought the green one instead. Also, the TSC store that put the tractor did not assemble the machine correctly. Steering wheel was way off center, seat was not attached appropriately, mower deck was bent. Mixed emotions on my purchase. Would not recommend for a large yard.

Mower deck not very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this 348XD for 5 years and has 165 hours on it. While the chassis and engine work and have held up well, the mower deck has multiple issues. The welds, belt guards, wheels, and overall durability of the steel deck has been a disappointment.
