I posted a review got a response from Troybilt with a
Case number.
It's a joke i have tried to call several times.
This afternoon I stayed on hold for two hours,
you never get to a person.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible battery
2 years ago
The 12v battery is barely enough to start this mower on a hot day. This is the second season I've owned this mower and it requires a jump to start most of the time. It's also a pain in the a** to replace the battery because of the tiny screws that are hard to get to. Wish I would have known about this before making the decision to purchase.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Frame too weak

Shool so bad I could hardly see where I was going.Replaced all components of the deck and the pulleys continued to jump up and down and front to back.
Finally got mostly better when I hammered a 2x4 between the motor head and the frame .
