Awful Experience

The engine exploded after only using for two months. Took over a month for TSC to pick it up for the service provided via warranty. It’s has been at that shop (2 hours away) for over three months and counting. The customer service experience is atrocious, refusing to help us or give our money back for a defective product. Meanwhile, we are still forced to make monthly payments on a product that has been in the shop longer than in our possession. I would never recommend buying a mower from TSC. It is a disgrace how we’ve had little/no help with no solution in sight.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had mower for 4 years or so regular oil changes battery died between mows got a better battery no issues. Tried mowing today checked oil and what not before hand and mowed for about 10 mins when the engine blew and the oil went everywhere. Blew the side wall out completely.

Great Mower

This mower checks all the boxes. It runs great, its turn radius is better than expected, very fuel efficient, and cuts well. Only negative is it doesn’t have anti scalping wheels but that doesn’t take a star away. I’m very pleased.
