Cancil purhcase of lawn tractor

The costumerer service was poor, as it was difficult to communiate with people on the phone and the waite time was measuered in hours. the item i was interested in was scheealed to be delivered and when I called to conferm I was told it would be delivered until the following week. They also asked me if I could have a fork lift on site. I decided to decline the purcase at that point due to the lack of contiuety with those in valved at CT, I informed the person on the phone of my decisson. I asked if I needed to do at my end and sh replied no.Then I got a call from our local store as to what to do with the tractor . I stated I dident know. He inicated he would put it in his store inventory.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Since I have only had this for just over a week, this is "first impressions", not a review.
It seems sturdy and works well. It is replacing my 10+ year old Bronco and I am enjoying the ease of operation compared to the manual operations on my older mower. I have noticed when mowing on my bumpy back acre, the PTO blade engage shuts off if the tractor bumps too hard on the terrain...not a big deal, just have to push and pull the PTO button again to reset, but it has done this a few times. Overall, I am pleased. It really can scoot along, much faster than the older Bronco and my mowing time is reduced.

a year ago
Cut with it twice so far. Used more gas than the older one to cut my pasture but cuts the same had to over it twice in some spots not sure why. but my last one was a super and it lasted 6 years until transmission went out. hopefully I will get the same amount of time with this one.
