Love it. Turned the key and didn't hear anything- was it working? YEP! Quieter cutting than old gas mower, just as fast. Battery life was perfect for my very large lawn. Hooked up my little trailer on back and hauled tree brush from the back of the lawn to the front for town pick up. I have several Greenworks battery/electric tools and will never return to gas power.

Greenworks failed on quality.
1 - Dead Charger - 7-10 days to get replacement
2 - Dead battery (1 of 4) - 7-10 days to get replacement
3 - Product failure - 2 of 4 battery slots unusable - PMU46
4 - Warranty constraints - Does not cover transporting BRAND NEW tractor to Authorized Service Center
