Shoddy welding and non-existent warranty support

Don't expect the mowing deck to last long. The weld points are shoddy and will fail, and Husqvarna makes a point of not standing by their warranty. They are aggressive in turning down warranty claims; they wouldn't even acknowledge my claim despite photos, multiple complaints from other people with teh same issue, and even the service company stating it was an obvious weld failure. No response to BBB; check out their BBB review to see how much their warranties hold up. Find a better company with better support for your mowing needs.

Arrived not in full operating condition

I ordered this mower - a Husqvarna TS 148X tractor mower on line. It arrived at our home without any visible damage. However, upon starting the mower, my husband found that the switch to engage the blades was stuck in the on-mode. You could not disengage the blades. I called our local tractor supply who provided the name of the local service provider for Husqvarna equipment. It has been over 2 weeks and we still do not have the mower. Ordering on-line is risky.

Replaced my old Husqvarna Rider mower
a year ago
I replaced my old 20 year old Husqvarna 48" cut mower with a new one. I had to order it and the staff were pretty nice. They shipped it ahead of schedule which was nice. It looks good but it seems a little cheaply built compared to my 2005 model. I have not had a chance to mow yet due to a lot of rain in our area in Florida. I anticipate a good experience.
