Box was open upon arrival with missing hardware and delivery driver handing me (1) loose screw while many were missing. Only came with 1 key. Some type of leak all over the engine probably oil, and someone sprayed some white substance all over to soak it up? Screw connected to bar that lifts up the deck to raise and lower height cracked in half. Now the deck is just sitting on the ground with no way to lift it up. Found this out towards the end after having to come up with our own hardware and so so instructions. Tried calling Customer Service at TS and CC for an hour and unable to get thru. Unable to schedule return online and only via phone for product. Super frustrating and dont even know if it'll start at this point.

Incomplete Shipment of Mower--Missing a Part

Have still not taken delivery of my mower due to missing piece still not received. Waiting 2 weeks for a part that did not arrive with the rest of the mower. UNSAT performance on the part of Cub Cadet
No, I do not recommend this product.
