To override, the operator must perform intentional actions to ensure they know the blades will be engaged while in reverse. Matt, a manager at Valley Center, California store was great to take extra steps to make sure that Tractor was delivered properly prepared. Garret of Temecula store as requested by Matt did excellent job and delivered the Cub Cadet 50" within hours after Matt spoke with Garret. I must say that Garret was very good explaining the operation of Cub Cadet before he left for the store. Very happy with the tractor so far. I visited the Valley Center store and thanked Matt for the coordination to deliver the Cub cadet.

Got this Cub Cadet delivered with major damage, large rip on the seat, dented body and a hole on the lever plastic cover. Contacted tractor supply and got my delivery refunded plus approx. $100 for all those damages, this item was almost $3500. I asked several times if I can at least get my new replacement parts like a new seat, the were not intrested. Another item was not available for an exchange .
No, I do not recommend this product.
