- A: According to the manual you need to always empty the lawn roller after you have finished using it to prevent it from becoming rust and also to to protect it from sub zero temperatures during the winter. Added water to my roller and used it for a couple soil compacting activity’s on a 1 acre yard attached to my mower. Was making a loop, when a bolt popped free and the attachment arm on one side fell off and water poured out. Appears the roller drum plastic popped out on the side. Contacted warranty support and was advised drum was a non-warranty item. All they could send is parts. Not sure how I would fix a drum roller that is sealed, even with spare parts.

Bought this about 2 weeks ago and started to assemble today. The instructions for assembly should advise when tapping the plastic bushing into the side arm, due to burrs left when arm holes were punched, file down the burrs for ease of assembly.
Yes, I recommend this product.
