Exactly as shown. It would be nice that in addition to the fill/drain plug the drum had a vent plug to speed draining of the drum. I would still recommend as the price and quality are exceptional.

Outstanding Roller

This roller is sturdy, well made and heavy when filled. It will definetily smooth out what ever your rolling. I would not pull it with a lawn tractor, filled with water it is quite heavy, I use my compact tractor to pull it.

Worthless product

Had one for 4 years, started leaking on one end of the axel port. Used it maybe a handful of times. Emptied every winter. Ridiculous. Don’t buy this. I called Ohio Steel and they never returned my calls. Go with another company’s roller.
