The product, despite being named "Steel," exhibits material characteristics that challenge the appropriateness of its nomenclature, given its delicate and fragile nature.Thisnis not AI generated Review!! ​After only four uses, the structural integrity of the material failed to withstand the designated load of the leaves. This resulted in observable cracks and fractures, indicative of significant material fatigue. While the product concept is excellent, the execution and manufacturing quality are demonstrably poor. ​The attached photographs provide clear evidence of material degradation, which appears to be a consequence of recent budget cuts. ​Furthermore, the delivery process was unsatisfactory. My Ring surveillance system captured the driver—who I believe was an independent contractor for Traktor Supply—abandoning the package in the middle of my property and promptly leaving the premises. I suspect the driver's haste was a result of the severely damaged packaging, which would naturally cause concern and embarrassment during delivery. ​This experience reinforces the risks associated with online purchasing and complimentary shipping, often resulting in customers receiving merchandise that may not meet the quality standards of in-store inventory. I consider this the poorest quality product available in its category and strongly recommend its discontinuation.
