Kit attachment hardware issue

I ordered te mulching kit for my brand new TS275XD (42") mower. Upon installation, I find that the front attachment screw cannot be used as the front, right, deck wheel is too close to the deck to allow the included bolt screw. The mulching kit was advertised for my mower so was surprised that it didn't fit with the included attachment bolt screw.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Stamped deck mulch plate

After installing the kit, it seemed like the dealer I bought my mower from failed to install the post for the front anchor for the mulch plate, which is probably why my old plate kept coming off while mowing.
