Seems to be working well. Pretty easy to put together. Do it on a flat surface and it will be easy. I read several reviews saying it was difficult. There's a You tube video watch it!

Terrible Bagger

Worst tractor bagger I have ever owned,9previously owned Craftsman & John Deere. To start the Operators Manual is not very helpful. When tractor delivered the Top cover fell off during operation. Manual was no help in determining problem. Had to go back twice to the store to get help and parts This bagger has no pick up. Cut my 3/4 acre lot of tall grass and got two bags of clippings. The round chute falls off, manual no help!

We purchased a Cub Cadet twin bagger late March of 2025 and after using it for 4 months, the nylon mesh started to separate and leaving holes in one of the bags. We called Cub Cabet support many times for warranty service, took the defective bag to 2 different authorized service dealers with no help, which it was a manufacturers defect. The only option Cub Cadet support would give us was a 9% discount off the new price of $92.00. So we figured, for one last chance, we called the TSC preferred plus neighborhood support & spoke with Ashleigh. She was a big help, she contacted Cub Cadet support and we ended up getting a replacement bagger. A big thanks to Ashleigh, I would give TSC a 5 star rating & Cub Cadet 2 star. Just be aware of Cub Cadet customer support
