Very Dissatisfied

Product has a bad engine. LCT Pro 250. It will not start. Needed to get a fix from the engine manufacturer and it still won't start. I don't recommend LCT engines.

Agri-Fab Hard Top Mow-N-Vac

We purchased the Agri-Fab Hard Top Mow-N-Vac a few weeks ago and were initially concerned when we saw it all packed up, it looked like it might be complicated to assemble. But to our surprise, it was very easy to put together thanks to the clear instructions. I also watched a helpful video online, which made the process even smoother.
We have it attached to our tractor's mower deck, and it’s been working perfectly. What used to be an endless, exhausting chore is now quick and efficient. I had been asking for something like this for a long time. Honestly, I was starting to regret buying such a large property, but not anymore!
A few things to note: The trailer with the motor is a bit heavy, so I need my husband’s help to attach it. Instead of tipping it over to empty, I just open the back and use a rake—it works great. The capacity is huge, and even when filled to about 75%, it’s still very easy to empty.
Also, remember to empty the grass regularly! You can only imagine how unpleasant stale, warm grass could become if left sitting too long.
The motor starts beautifully, the grass rarely gets stuck, and the unit is powerful and well-built overall. Thank you for this amazing innovation. I highly recommend it!

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Worst purchase mistake, the cover lasts about six hours then rips out the back.. I bought another one lasted about 3 hours started to rip after six hours completely unusable again! Called warranty they laughed at me, told me I was stupid. There is no warranty on these products they just laugh at you. Apparently they think anyone who bought something from them you must be stupid. On my third cover now they are not cheap, do not buy this product. the deck adapter is a joke you can here them laughing when you read the instructions "HA HA HA you stupid American, you fall for junk again look on Agr site all bad reviews. !!!"

My apology to you as to the issue you have had. I have looked as to trying to find the orders as to where you purchased the cover in our system with no luck. Please call 800-448-9282 and speak with customer care so that we can look further into this issue you have had. Please keep in mind if the unit is stored outside the soft top will weather. When you call please have you model number and the date code off the silver label that is on the support that the engine sets on. Thank you
