I bought this sweeper to pick up leaves at our second home, which has about 2ac of wooded front and black lawn. I have used the unit for 30-40 loads. After this short amount of use the basket frame is bent on one side, the basket pin jumps out of the slot on one side when dumping about every third time, and a pin and keeper at the front of the basket came out - I was lucky to find it. I’m taking the basket home with me to straighten and reinforce the frame at the pivot, to replace the pins a keepers with threads and locknuts, and to put a keeper over the basket pin slot - surprised a keeper wasn’t included. I thought I wasn’t buying a ‘cheap one’.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Don’t make the same mistake I did do not buy this sweeper not as good as my old 42” one from agi fab does not rake leaves worth a darn and the wheels lock up constantly terrible design

Over priced poor quality.

For the price (retailing at 1400 at the moment) it really is a total waste of money. It works great at first but the cogs and core components on the sweeper and wheels are plastic and wear down quickly. Probably got 6-months of efficient use and then the wheels start to skid and sweeper stops rotating and you’re left with an over priced wheelie bin. Definitely won’t buy this again and definitely do not recommend it. I expect all the positive reviews are from people who first use it as soon as they’ve bought it. . Would love to see if their opinions change over time.

Excellent for scattered leaves

It does an excellent job if the leaves are not too thick. So get after them early, even if you need to do it a few daws in the fall. If you’ve left the leaves to build up, the front of the sweeper just pushes them along instead of picking them up because the orange front does not raise like the brushes.
