Growing Beautifully

I repotted my Celeste Fig a little under 2 weeks after receiving and placed it by a sunny window. A short time later a single tiny fig leaf emerged and since then it’s been growing like crazy. Can’t wait to plant it outside once it warms up a bit!

Not Exactly What I Expected

Where to start... first off, the shipping box was crushes and ripped, the stake in the pot was broken in half, and the pot itself was crushed into an oval and the potting medium was in disarray. Not sure if the plant cooked inside a hot truck during shipping or whether it was covered in rust. Lost all lower leaves and finally have a couple new leaves emerging. I couldn't find a Celeste Fig anywhere and took a shot on this purchase. But, for the price, I should have just bought a rooted cutting from a private seller online, as this plant wasn't too much more than that. It's certainly not the fault of Tractor Supply, but of the seller Perfect Plants. Definitely would not purchase from them again.
