Decent oak tree

Good tree not perfect , but could make better, can shape in time , alive ,with green leaves , had to stake a new leader, trim back some twigs , but new growth emerging from top so good in time .

White Oak Chestnut tree

Not sure what I think at this point. The leaves have yellow spots all over them and I am wondering if it's a disease or what. I'll wait and see how it looks after being in the ground a while.
