Meet the Pirtle Nursery 3.74 gal. Eastern Redbud Tree. The Eastern Redbud is a beautiful flowering tree that attracts butterflies. In the spring the branches are covered with small reddish-purple flowers before the heart-shaped leaves emerge. Best used as an individual specimen or in border groupings, the Eastern Redbud Tree looks especially nice with flowers planted underneath. It prefers consistently moist soil.

Q: 1 tree died. Is there a replacement option?

- A: Hi, Here is the information we received back from the Pirtle vendor- "We strive hard to grow the best grown trees on the market and when these trees reach the stores or consumer, they have already grown for 2 years and are well established plants. At this point, something has to happen to the plant for it to die which could be busted root ball, no water, chemicals, etc." If you have had the tree for less than 30 days, you can return to TSC. no warranty from Pirtle Nursery.2 years agoHelpful?

Q: Do you guys know if this Eastern Redbud is a Forest Pansy or rising sun or another variety? if so, is this grafted cultivar? This would help because different types of eastern redbuds have different growth habits and foliage characteristics..
