When paired with an Alpha powerhead for optimal performance, the Turbo Cutting System boasts an ice drilling speed of up to 3.4 inches per second.

    the new ones are Built way better than the original, which did lasted five years. Original auger it had a pop metal type base that held the blades in place (black) around the base broke off and the new ones seem to be all steel welded much more solid. this one should last a lot longer.
