The DEWALT 60 Gal. 155 PSI Stationary Electric Air Compressor is proudly made in the USA and features a 3.7 HP heavy duty induction motor with an oil lubricated, belt driven, cast iron, in-line twin cylinder pump that delivers 155 Max PSI, 13.4 SCFM at 40 PSI and 11.5 SCFM at 90 PSI. The motor in the air compressor is wired for 240 volts and must be wired by a certified electrician (consult the National Electrical Code and local codes before wiring). This air compressor is perfect for the home/farm shop and will operate a wide variety of pneumatic tools for automotive and agricultural applications as well as your DIY projects around the home (All pneumatic tools operate at various SCFM. Consult the operator's manual for your tool for the required SCFM for the tool to operate.). The electric air compressor is shipped with synthetic oil for optimum performance and long life.

Works exceptionally well. I use it for sand blasting and air tools in my shop and is perfect. A few setup suggestions to save time and multiple store trips: (does not come with) - Requires wiring from pressure regulator switch to power source (230V/30a power source is sufficient) (only two hot lines and a ground connect to the switch) - Need 3/4 ball valve (male one side female other) and male to female reducer down to 3/8 (use Teflon tape on all male fittings) buy a couple 3/8 to 3/8 double male couplers to have on hand - definitely get the Dewalt drain extension to make draining condensation from the tank easier -The flexzilla reel (3/8 male to 1/4 male whip hose need female reducer from 3/8 to 1/4 to connect at reel ) and dewalt water separator/filter (3/8 female to 3/8 female) to go with it makes this an awesome setup

I purchased this air compressor on Black Friday I hooked it up last week it built up air pressure until the air release valve opened up at 180 lb unfortunately the unit is only supposed to go 155. The tech support would not help me nobody cares stay away. The first thing that came out of DeWalt customer service line was that's not our product somebody else made it and put our name on it we don't warranty it. Lucky the nice people at Tractor Supply said I could return it for a refund I intend on doing that tomorrow

Good air compressor

Good air compressor. I use it in my shop. Mostly to run air tools or a plasma cutter. Keeps good consistent pressure, runs quick and quiet. I recommend changing the oil after at least 2hours of run time and intial break in period. Use a good quality full synthetic oil.

Motor caught fire and burned up after 17 months. light farm use. TSC said it's dewalts problem. Dewalt said motor is only warranty for 12 months. $800 compressor that isn't worth the money. RUN from dewalt, try something better, anything. Anything but this. you will be happier. I run milwaukee tools, if it breaks it's replaced no matter the age of it. Decided to try dewalt, never again!
