[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools very good. It is louder than I expected, but Okay on low speed. How can I get to the 800 RPM fan speed from the front panel. We had NO LUCK with the app on my wife's
cell phone, and she is very unhappy with what ever got downloaded to mess up her phone settings. I will be very happy if this unit can last at least 10+ years!

Finally an AC That works great and has many great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frigidaire 14k BTU is amazing, we got it because our small office in the attic gets warmer than any other room in the house while the rest is cool.
So the best thing for us was to install a window AC and we've tried lower BTUs and other brands but the Frigidaire with 14000BTUs is what we needed.
It cools down the office and fast. Best of all, we can control the unit from anywhere we are, so if I am coming home, I can turn it on while on my way so when I get there it is already cool.
The application was easy to control, it does have different settings but overall, it is convenient.
We can put the child lock if needed, maybe sleep mode, or even a timer as well as eco mode, all of these changes can be done with the remote but it is much easier from the application.
At quiet mode, it does not cool down as much but it is very quiet.
At full mode, it is louder but I've heard worse so I am happy with this unit.
Overall, it works great, we can turn on or off from our phones and it cools down the space fast. We can tell that this does have 14000 btu and it makes a huge difference.

"quiet" setting is very quiet! The ability to control the unit using a cell phone is super nice I am still an hour away from home I turn it via my phone, and I arrive to a cool house!

I am happy to say that it is easy to install. It is a little heavy . it is very quiet. Also, it is easy to use just set and go. You can keep the air clean and cool from the heat all day. Wi-Fi capable ,connect it to your phone and it is remote control too! Just download Frigidaire and connect from your phone to turn on or off .Also connect to Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Another thing is the filter is removable so just rinse and dry no mess. I can from my phone from anywhere turn on or off .
Yes, I recommend this product.
