Why is the Irwin so much less? Same tool same parent company

I bought 2 of these for work and I’d have to say, they are amazing. Makes a lot of various jobs easy, it’s like having a helper. I have taken pictures of many uses and sent them to my boss and he bought some for the multiple crew that we have. I have bragged so much about these, but this one takes the cake. We were traveling from a job in TX on our way to Ohio and we were pulling a trailer behind us and had a blowout on the trailer.
