Excellent experience, Excellent mower!

I couldn't had asked for a better experience! We seldom shopped at Tractor Supply until....my neighbor suggested we go there for ear medication for our German Shepard. Not only did we come out with that we got a new riding lawn mower! As for the experience...they told us about the 12 month same as cash credit card deal (yes we got it too) and in 2 minutes we were approved. They brought it out the next day, showed us all about the mower and we have been loyal Tractor Supply customers ever since!

Junk mower and POOR customer service

The mower is junk, leaks fuel directly out of the carburetor after 3 months of owning it. Called Tractor Supply and a manager said that if I didn't purchase the protection plan on a $2000 mower than there's nothing they can do about it! Would advise against higher dollar purchases If Tractor Supply can't stand behind the products they sell!

Bought this on sale and have had more carburation issues since buying 2.5 months ago than any old mower I've had. This one is now leaking fuel out of the carburetor. Absolute Junk!

Poor service

Vibrations, top heavy, steering is slopping and does not turn well. I expect to be replacing the linkage in the first year.
Store was worse, had a 1699.00 web offer (still up) For the same mower with a different SKU, was a store price of 2099.00. Did not have it ready for pick up and after I gassed it up they brought the key. Dead battery. They said I could take a different mower as they would not give me a new battery. Did I mention that I had already put $20.00 of gas in it ? Still waiting on getting a new battery, no feedback.
No, I do not recommend this product.
