Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Biggest waste of money. It’s so tiny and way too expensive for what you get! Terribly disappointed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delivers in 2 boxes nice little coop, this delivers in 2 boxes. if you order this online just be on the look out for 2 boxes to be delivered. very good chicken coop for in town back yard use may not be sturdy enough for out in the country.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cats vs chickens! So, I got this for the 2 chickens my neighbors abandoned. It's nice, keeps the wind out and the nesting boxes are great....for my Cats! The gate is left open and apparently my cats love it. On the flip side, the chickens have taken over my cat's den on the porch, where they have decided is acceptable for laying eggs. So, all in all, it turned out great for all parties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Looking Little Coop - No Purchase Regrets I am happy we purchased the coop and think it will come in handy with new chicks and sick birds. We are currently using it for 1 chick and 2 peachicks. There are some cons, but think many of those can be addressed with modifications to the coop. I would not recommend the coop if you are planning on using it for more than 2 chickens and are not letting them free-range during the day. Pros: Good quality materials Extremely easy to assemble Excellent for chicks or as a quarantine coop Think would be good for someone who has max 2 free-range chickens and lives in an area with no predators Most of the things I don't like about the coop can be modified Smells like cedar Looks pretty Light and easy to move around Cons: The roof doors do no lock (not good for predators) The latch to lock the nesting box is very small - good for a mini lock or nail Roosting bar is not attached and my chicks keep knocking it on the ground - will be able to screw in Kit was missing screws One side of coop arrived with a big chip in the wood There is only room for 2 birds on the roost Since the coop honestly is only good for 2 bird, sort of silly to have two large nesting boxes.. The walkway into the coop is very steep and doesn't have enough rungs on it for the birds to grip. (Our chicks wouldn't use it.) Tripled the number of rungs on the walkway and birds started using it immediately No way to lock coop door (leading to walkway) Not predator safe (we have raccoons and weasels)

Yes, there is a door that closes at the top of the ramp so they can stay in the “house” for the night.
