Great little coop!

Great starter coop! We were able to get this built in just over an hour with two of us. You will need a few tools, but specifically a drill make it easier. It’s great quality & the hens are loving it!

Sturdy and cute, but missing pre-drilled holes!

As we were putting this coop together, we were super excited about the quality of it.  The pieces are heavy duty, sturdy and cute too. Our opinion changed when we got to attaching the protective pieces along the roof and we realized that all the places that were supposed to have pre-drilled holes, did not!   Called customer service and we were told we were not the first ones to call about this issue and there was no solution except to return the coop!   Return the coop! Return the 169lb coop that is now out of the giant box and mostly assembled, to a store that is 40 miles away. Isn’t there a quality check before boxing it up for sale? Disappointed and angry.

Poor materials and terrible quality.

Please do not buy this coop. Extremely poor materials. I bought this coop in the spring of 2025 and the coop is falling apart. Not even a year old. The nesting box cover is falling off. Had to replace multiple hinges for the doors and nesting box cover. Already replaced the roosting bars with my own design due to them falling off the brackets almost daily. No wonder there isn't a warranty. They would be out of business.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bungalow Coop

We love this coop! We have bought several in the past from Tractor Supply. This one by far is the best quality and most sturdy of them all. The girls love it. The walls are solid instead of the little slats that can come apart if the coop is unlevel. Very Happy with our purchase!!

Good quality but useless latches

This coop is sturdy and well made but the latches are horrible. A raccoon can easily just lift up any of the latches to get to the chickens. I have to add new latches but in the meantime I’m using wire to keep my girl safe. I agree that this coop is small and could only handle up to maybe three chickens. I’m using it for my lonely survivor of a raccoon attack that took all my other girls. I’m planning on getting more but will probably have a coop built. One reason we picked this coop is because the roof material is better than most other coops available and hopefully won’t fall apart so quickly.
