Water infiltration into egg box from the flashing. Really disappointed. Not sure how to fix this.

Easy build and works perfect

I got this to first my chickens were big enough to come out of the brooder. (About 7 weeks) it’s very sturdy. Once they’re big enough to go with my adult chickens in the big set up I will use it for my two little Serama’s as a permanent setup. I producers pride makes an extension specifically for this because I do think it will need more space even for just two little chickens, but it’s perfect for in between brooder and adult setup. There isn’t a whole lot of ventilation, but the walls are made of OSB wood and polycarbonate so I will cut a big window on side. Ing probably a good idea to caulk in some areas underneath the roof sheets. I also added a DIY roosting bar in the run part. I also put it on pressure treated base so it was flat and it is perfect. Surprisingly well made. It isn’t big enough for standard size chickens unless you extend the run but it is perfect for a couple of phantoms or very small breed chickens. If you have several standard chickens, You can put this in a larger enclosure and it will be just fine. I can’t speak to I live in Arizona, so I don’t really have a lot of weather going on except the heat.

Really well built. Def predator proof. Super easy to put together- took us about an hour. Housing my four little silkies.. I wouldn't put more than 3 regular hens in here tho it's pretty small and not a ton of ventilation. I love all the doors and slide out tray. My husband and I can lift it and move around the yard.
