My issue was not so much with the item itself, I did not get a chance to use it. When I purchased online and picked up in store, the item looked damaged and was not in a box. When asked the sales person got the manager who said the boxes were weather damaged. When I got home, it became obvious the item was missing needed assembly hardware and upon further inspection had significant rodent feces inside the product. My issue is not necessarily with this item but the store and process of buying online and picking up in store.

You can’t beat a good hot fire! This thing heats our 1900 sq ft mobile home no problem. Don’t order the fan kit it isn’t needed, so don’t waste your money!
