It mows great and is rock solid. Love the look or the tires and wheels but the aggressive tread take some getting used to. Can tear the grass pretty quick if you get carried away!
All same all, really happen with mower.

What a beast of a machine cut quality is superior. So much power. Cuts my mowing time in half. Mulches piles of leaves into dust no more raking or bagging - really should get 10 stars.

Toro has poor buisness practices.

The Toro Titan Max Havoc I ordered, delivered to store 12/10/24, has been an ongoing nightmare. TSC staff has done their best to help but when the manufacturer sets their dealers & customers up for failure I consider it retail abuse & poor business practice. The machine came damaged, plastic top of engine was scraped & broken, top of seat has material scraped off, a pillar that is base of roll bar is scraped, missing paint & rusting, left wire to the lights was crushed in roll bar joint because not ziptied properly out of way. No hydraulic fluid in overflow tank at all & it is suppose to be up to the cold fill line. There was no gas & it would not start & I had to go to 2 stations because Circle K had no cans in stock. Then it only drove in circles because one wheel was in drive mode & the other in push. It took 4 intelligent adults over 15 minutes to try to decipher the poorly depicted image in the manual then scour the machine to try to find the knobs for the drive/push mode. Finally got the machine on the trailer. Multiple calls to Toro was useless, they gave me wrong dimensions for deck & could not answer questions about no hydrophilic fluid in tank, said to call dealer.
