Not bad, a few quality control issues

I ordered 8 of these as we use them for outside dogs at our dog shelter. The company needs a little better quality control. Three units' on/off switch were "glued" shut. There is a waterproof cover over the switch that has some sort of glue on it, and in the build process, it got on the switch effectively locking it open or closed. I had to whack with a wrench carefully to break it free, but then it worked just fine. One box lacked all the brackets/screws. Called the company and instead of sending a package of hardware, wanted me to send them the heater and then they would have sent a new one out. TSC was good in accepting the return to a local store and we ordered a replacement. All in all, these seem to be good sources of heat. We would like to see the tripod to be able to go LOWER in future design. It does the job in keeping the immediate area around the dog pens warm.

After 1 year of owning the power button has completed failed. The unit no longer stays powered on. I went to Masters website to see it the product was under warranty or help with getting it fixed. After 30 of searching, and using the model number, it seems the company no longer sells it.
