I purchased a brand new Ashley/US Stove pellet stove and vent kit from Tractor Supply. I also ordered some of these (Premium) hardwood pellets. I had 3 different auger jams which had broken the cotter pin for the auger motor. This jam was due to wood pellet dust. The dust was very excessive in the bags( I did not know that a lot of the dust was a major issue). I had a lot of error issues and thick black sticky soot was building up on the inside of stove. I removed the exhaust blower motor and it was almost completely caked in Creosote. Along with all of the nooks and crannies of the unit. It got soo bad that the unit would no longer fire up due to safety checks in which the sensors test pressure within the intake and exhaust. After a month of using these pellets, my outlet pipe was 75% clogged with creosote. I have nothing bad to say about the stove manufacture at all, they were amazing and even offered to have a tech come and clean everything for me! Do not buy these pellets. Spend the extra 2$ a bag from elsewhere. Once I completely cleaned out the stove ash and creosote/ emptied the hopper of 110 pounds of pellets, and removed blower motor to clear out system…. I put in another brand of pellets and it worked perfectly. I still have 12 bags of the garbage pellets sitting here and four- five gallon buckets full of bad pellets here to deal with as well.

First time I have used this brand of pellet stove fuel. So far, these pellets have provided a good, long, steady burn with plenty of heat but little smoke. All in all, a great value.
