Previously in store enquiring as to when they would get more stock. The stock appeared that day. I ordered on line and the order was ready when I was told it was available for pickup. Walked into the store and walked out with my order. It was very easy and I was impressed.

Poor planing on TSC subscription!

They burn good. I heater my entire house with them. Does take more maintenance to clean stove but luckily it's not complicated. I keep 2 ton inside over the summer so they dry out before use so I'm on subscription. Now it seems they aren't going to honor that so I can have for next season's use?

Good pellets low ash i clean every day to every other day depending on how long stove is on,and how much is in pot,but its more efficient with a clean pot so air can move freely. Pellets will last 24 to 34hrs with a continuous burn as long as someone is home to monitor.
