very poor customer service on comfortbilt's end

problem with this is if there is a problem you have to email the company and they are suppose to get back to you, i have had mine for a month and a half ran great but the auger stopped running went through all the possible problems still not working this is my main source of heat (using space heaters now so pipes don't freeze) now that i gave up my wood stove been trying for two weeks to get in touch with them through email and nothing but crickets, went through Tractor Supply (where i bought it) to get help they been trying as well still nothing from this company
