Heat any room in your home with the Ashley 1,000 sq. ft. Wall Mount Direct Vent Pellet Stove. Each pellet stove has a 28 lb. pellet hopper capacity with 35 hours of use between refills on the low setting. The automatic ignition makes starting easy and quick. The wall mounted pellet stove heater also has a direct vent design to avoid the typical chimney installs of a traditional pellet stove. Mobile home approved (USA), CSA certified and EPA approved.

Out the box everything seemed fine. Within a week the auger motor is whining and making all sorts of noises or it doesn’t feed pellets at all. Fire goes out often because the auger has failed again. Only way it has been working is with 5-10Lbs max worth of pellets in the hopper at a time. A major hassle considering how small it was to begin with. Customer service has been no help. That would be because they do not physically ever respond. It becomes near impossible to get anything done with the one year warranty if no one will contact you back.

The stove is wonderful

The stove itself is excellent!! However the shipper broke the wooden crate and it was scratched. The directions were not great but we found a video of an older model on YouTube that helped. The company chat was excellent. Please note… this unit is HEAVY.

Manual information is incomplete

Nowhere in your materials do you specify the length of the furnished (?) power cord - nor do you mention plugging the device in during your installation procedure. There is further no part number for the power cord or specifications for same in the manual should replacement be necessary. Are these oversights intentional?

This is our second Ashley Pellet stove wall-mounted. The stove is used almost daily it's our second source of heat.
