The stove is very sharp looking. The digital display is easy to use and it heats well. The stove itself is a lot lighter than I expected which made it a lot easier to get into the house. I like that it can be controlled by my phone as well.

Great stove. Heats the house nice

I have owned this pellet stove for two winters now and have enjoyed it. It heats our space well, is fairly efficient on pellets, and easy to use with the app and WiFi. I do clean the stove on a weekly basis to assure there is little ash build up. No complaints with this purchase.

Terrible and failed product. Have had it for 3 days already replacing my awesome Pell Pro pellet stove - i figured i get something new. I do not recommend it at all - will try to get rid of it this week - wastes too much pellets for no reason. A bag used to last me a week in coldest times and with this thing in fall with very mild weather outside it wastes through a bag of pellets in a day or so. Biggest issue is that it has 2 heating modes. Echo 1 starts and completely shots off to keep “designated” temperature but basically creates too much pellet dust by constantly blowing itself out and restarting and Echo 2 mode just never stops feeding pellets no matter if set temperature has been exceeded by far - like u set for 70 degrees and it’s already 80 and it still feeds pellets nonstop. Wasted a week getting and installing this thing but at this point be happy just to throw it away and be done with it if tractor supply doesn’t do the right thing and take it back. Keeping this will cost so much more in wasted pellets.
