Problems after problems

It’s warm when it works and is quiet but unfortunately we have had endless problems. We are at 4 motherboard and other parts replacements. 4!! We have had this stove only 9 months and it works for 2-3 weeks then has an issue, takes a week to get the new parts. Very, very unreliable and poor quality.

Bought it at tractor supply second season and it works as it should. Auger is a little loud but it’s in my cabin that I use on weekends in the winter.
